The option description:

Defines, whether the computer after pressure recovery in the electric system should boot automatically, if it disappeared ([Power On]), to remain in out-of-operation state ([Stay Off]), or to return to a state which was available at the moment of miss of pressure in the electric system ([Last State]). For the home computer automatic loading after power supplies failure in most cases is not necessary.
