The option description:

Gives the chance to specify working frequency for buses AGP and PCI. Normal value — 66 and 33 MHz, accordingly (66.67 and 33.33 MHz if to be more exact). Acceleration of these buses normally does not practise: the scanty scoring in high-speed performance does not justify possible problems with stability of operation of the videocard and expansion cards. On the contrary, at overclocking try to fix frequency of bus AGP on a mark in 66 MHz, and PCI — on a mark in 33 MHz.

From the same reasons it is not recommended to synchronize bus AGP and PCI with the front-side bus ([Disabled]) — acceleration last inevitably causes growth of frequencies for buses AGP and PCI.
