CPU Core Voltage

Option name:

CPU Core Voltage

The option description:

By means of the given information option you can learn current pressure of a supply of a kernel of the processor. Its value depends on type and central processor modification. Moreover, even two processors of one model working on the same frequency, can have different rated voltage of a supply of a kernel. Regular value can be specified on processor package, it is displayed by many information utilities.

At some implementations BIOS there is a color selection of the deduced information. If pressure within norm, you see dark blue digits if it quitted for admissible limits, color of digits will be replaced with the red. It is quite often possible to refuse control of pressure of a kernel of the processor generally. For this purpose it is enough to select for an option value [Disabled] or [Ignore].

Be not surprised to constant "races" of displayed value — accuracy of circuits of measurement of the motherboard far from an ideal affects. At the serviceable power unit stability of all pressure is at rather high level, to be convinced of it it is possible, connecting any normal measuring instrument (the voltmeter or an oscillograph).
