The option description:
By means of instruction CPUID any program can receive convergence on the processor installed in the computer. For old processors the maximum variable value, instruction CPUID set by a call, has been restricted by number 3, the modern processors allow to use and great values that, in certain cases, can lead to failures. For more or less modern operating systems (since Windows 2000), such problem does not exist also restriction to remove ([Disabled]) better. And here for become outdated and rare operating systems it can be demanded it will be restricted to number 3 (for what it is necessary to install for this option value [Enabled]).
