The option description:

Allows to specify pressure of a supply of units of storage manually. For SDRAM units normal it is considered pressure in 3.3 In, for DDR SDRAM — 2.5 In (though many vendors of motherboards recommend 2.6 ), for DDR2 SDRAM — 1.8 In and for DDR3 SDRAM — 1.5 Century

Setting of the uprated pressure of a supply normally practises at acceleration — the given measure allows to reach higher frequencies of operation of storage, simultaneously saving comprehensible time delays at reversal to it. If you are not engaged overclocking, it is better to leave regular pressure of a supply of units of storage.

It is not recommended to increase pressure of a supply of units of storage more than on 0.2 In rather regular values (especially for the conventional memory which has been not addressed overclockers), the probability of an output of units out of operation differently is great.
