Installs a time delay in seconds before initialization of the drives connected to the standard IDE-controler of the motherboard. Normally the time delay is not necessary (value [0] or [Disabled]). But, if at computer switching-on error messages of a hard disk or other drives are deduced, and after hot reboot (keys [<Ctrl>] + [<Alt>] + [<Del>] or through the Start menu in Windows) a problem disappears, install some time delay. Its value is necessary for clarifying experimentally though, as a rule, there is enough pause from [20] till [30] seconds.
