The option description:

The general title of group of the options, allowing to reserve direct memory access channel for an expansion card for bus ISA which are not corresponding to the standard of a Plug and Play if you resolved manual reservation of resources.

At value [PCI Device] (as a variant, [Available], [PCI/ISA PnP]) the given direct memory access channel can use an expansion card Plug and Play, [Reserved] (or [Legacy ISA]) reserves direct memory access channel for an expansion card which are not answering to this standard.
