Option name:
DRAM Write Recovery Time
Possible values of an option:
Depend on storage type, there can be a variant [Auto]
The option description:
Installs a time delay between the termination of operation of record and the beginning of regeneration of storage (a parameter part tRAS). Normally this parameter name time of recovery for the record cycle, the reduced designation — tWR. For storage SDRAM time delays in [1] or [2] clock periods are characteristic, DDR SDRAM is characterized by time delays from [1] to [4] clock periods, DDR2 SDRAM — from [1] to [6] clock periods, DDR3 SDRAM — from [1] to [15] clock periods. As to find the correct value of this parameter for specific units of storage happens difficult enough, setting [Auto] will be an optimal variant.
