The option description:

Switching-on of the given mode removes clock period of a time delay between a cycle of reading and a cycle of record following it in storage. By default given mode is included ([Enabled]) (the time delay misses), but for problem storage its shut-down ([Disabled]) (a time delay in 1 clock period) can be demanded.
