The option description:

When the given option is included ([Yes]), and the built in controler of the disk drive of floppy disks is disconnected, BIOS informs on absence of the disk drive to an operating system. It allows to release additional interruption (with number 6). So, if the disk drive misses, the option is recommended to be included. If your computer is equipped by the disk drive, safely ungear ([No]) the given option. It, by the way, raises load time speed of the computer.
