The option description:
Defines, what volume of system storage will be selected under needs of the driver of integrated graphic kernel DVMT on a constant basis. If the volume of a random access memory of the computer does not exceed 512 Mb, setting zero ([0MB]) or minimum accessible value (as a rule, it it is 32 or 64 Mb — [32MB] or [64MB]) is recommended. However, (64 Mb — [64MB]) more than are enough last variant anyway.
