The option description:

The option is responsible for configuring of the Game-interface of the Game/MIDI-port which is often available on motherboards with integrated audio. Considering that the modern game controlers are connected by means of USB, the Game-interface can be disconnected (installing value [Disabled]). This decision is promoted also by that fact that the Game/MIDI-port frequently is not deduced absolutely not on the back panel of the computer.

If all of you decide to use the Game-interface, specify value [Enabled]. The address specified in a title of an option will be thus assigned.
