The option description:
The option is responsible for the integrated sound subsystem of class HDA (High Definition Audio), providing rather quite good tonal quality — the standard de facto for the modern motherboards.
If you assume to use the integrated sound subsystem, install for this option value [Enabled] (or [Auto] if [Enabled] is not present in the list of variants). Otherwise (you have the discrete sound card or a sound to you is absolutely not necessary), the given option is necessary for disconnecting ([Disabled]).
