The option description:
Defines the order of access of the central processor to bus PCI. At value [Enabled] transmission of control from one expansion card to another is authorized, at value [Disabled] control receives at once the processor. The second variant providing fast access of the processor to the bus but if you are engaged in video mounting in most cases better is more preferable, you have the expansion cards transferring great volumes of the information (for example, interface IEEE1394 ports), are sense to resolve transmission of control from one expansion card to another.
