The option description:

The option is responsible for switching-on of the cache memory of the processor of the first level. For normal operation it should be always switched on ([Enabled]), otherwise there will be rather essential falling of productivity of the computer. Sometimes instead of [Enabled] and [Disabled] values [WriteBack] (the cache memory of the first level will work in a mode of the postponed record), [WriteThru] (the direct recording mode will be used) and [Disabled] (the cache memory of the first level will be disconnected) are offered. The maximum high-speed performance provides a mode [WriteBack].
