The option description:

The option is responsible for USB-keyboard support at level BIOS. If your computer is equipped by the keyboard connected to port USB, it is necessary to include the given option ([Enabled]), differently you cannot use the keyboard in the operating systems which are not supporting USB, and also by call BIOS Setup and editing of parametres of options. If the keyboard is connected to the standard port PS/2, the given option is better for switching off ([Disabled]).
