RAM RAS# to CAS# Delay
Option name:
RAM RAS# to CAS# Delay
Possible values of an option:
Depend on memory type, there can be a variant [Auto]
The option description:
Delay between signals RAS and CAS at the reference to a memory cell (parametre tRCD in the access diagramme). For SDRAM there are enough [2] steps, but for problem modules of memory it can be demanded to increase this value to [3]. If to speak about DDR SDRAM the delay usually makes the same [2] or [3] steps. For DDR2 SDRAM values from [3] to [6] steps, and for DDR3 SDRAM — from [6] to [10] steps are characteristic. Some problem modules of memory cannot normally work without installation obviously the worst values. Among possible values can be present and a variant [Auto] (the information undertakes from microcircuit SPD).
