The option description:

This option which is present only at asynchronous chipsets, allows to set frequency of the tyre of memory irrespective of frequency of the tyre of the processor. As values for the given option real values of clock frequency of the tyre of memory can act, thus there can be a variant [SPD] (probably, [Auto]), allowing to consider the information on operating modes of the module from microcircuit SPD.
