The option description:
By means of this option you can specify the address and the interruption used first (or the only thing) a computer serial port (COM1). Standard value — [3F8/IRQ4], can establish [Auto]. If the port is not unsoldered on the motherboard, or not used, choose [Disabled].
On some motherboards Intel any address and interruption for a serial port are set by a combination of options
