The option description:

By means of this option you can specify the address and the interruption used by the second serial port of the computer (COM2). Standard value — [2F8/IRQ3], can establish [Auto]. If the port is not unsoldered on the motherboard, or not used, choose [Disabled].

Naturally, for the second serial port the address and the interruption which distinct from is set for first serial port should be used.

On some motherboards Intel any address and interruption for a serial port are set by a combination of options

[Base I/O Address]

Interrupt
