The option description:
Defines button POWER functioning on the forward panel of the system block. At value [Delay 4 Sec.] short-term pressing of button POWER translates the computer in power savings mode, and for food deenergizing this button is necessary for keeping more than four seconds. If you establish [Instant-off] food deenergizing will occur at once, without any delay.
It is recommended to use the first value that allows to avoid inadvertent switching-off of the computer by casual pressing the food button.
