Suspend Power Saving Type

Option name:

Suspend Power Saving Type

Possible values of an option:

[S1], [C2]
Or
[S1], [C3]
Or
[S1], [C2+C3]

The option description:

The option defines, whether at computer transition in power savings mode there will be a processor switching in a condition of a dream or not. It is possible to consider as a safe variant value [S1], forbidding use of a condition of a dream for the processor. But if at you it is established more or less modern processor supporting technology Enhanced Halt State (for the first time has appeared in audit E0 of kernel Prescott Intel Pentium 4) or Cool ‘ n ’ Quiet (it is used in processors AMD, since Athlon 64), you can quite choose a suitable condition of a dream ([C2] or [C3], meets also the variant [C2+C3]).

Only do not confuse a condition of a dream of the processor (are designated by letters C) and modes of power savings of the computer in whole (are designated by letters S).
