Option name:

Possible values of an option:

Depend on memory type, there can be a variant [Auto]

The option description:

Sets quantity of steps between the reference to memory and the regeneration beginning (parametre tRAS in the access diagramme). For SDRAM values from [5] to [6] steps are typical. DDR SDRAM it is characterised by values from [5] to [8] steps, DDR2 SDRAM — from [10] to [15] steps, DDR3 SDRAM — from [18] to [30] steps. In case of qualitative memory it is possible to try to establish the underestimated value. Among possible values can be present and a variant [Auto] (the information undertakes from microcircuit SPD).
