V-Link Mode Selection
Option name:
V-Link Mode Selection
Possible values of an option:
[Auto], [Mode 0], [Mode 1], [Mode 2], [Mode 3], [Mode 4]
The option description:
Allows to specify a mode of functioning of the high-speed tyre V-Link connecting system and functional controllers of chipsets VIA. In most низкоскоростном [Mode 0] the tyre transfers four values for a step, only 8 lines of the data (throughput makes 266 Mb per second) are thus used. Modes [Mode 1] and [Mode 2] include a mode of transfer of eight values for a step, 8 lines of the data (in the sum it gives throughput of 533 Mb per second) thus continue to be used. In [Mode 3] the tyre transfers four values for a step, but 16 lines of the data (in the sum the same of 533 Mb per second) are used already. Well and, at last, the most high-speed [Mode 4] will involve as transfer of eight values for a step, and all 16 lines of the data (the maximum throughput — 1 Gbyte/c). The you establish more senior mode, the, theoretically, there will be a data exchange to the devices connected to the functional controller (truth, at unsuccessful design of the motherboard, is possible astable work of the computer). Can be present and value [Auto], automatically exposing the most suitable mode.
If you have faced distortion of the data on a hard disk at reading/record operations, but an option
No, establish for a considered option a mode [Mode 3]. It also will solve the given problem.
